A. Offenses punishable by expulsion.
1. Assaulting a teacher or any member of the school personnel.
2. Participating in school strike
3. Lascivious, lewd or indecent acts
4. Injuring another student with a knife, gun or any dangerous
weapon.
5. Any act which causes serious damage to Consolacion National
High School
B. Offenses punishable by one year suspension.
1. Theft
2. Persistent cheating in class work
3. Insubordination or gross discourtesy to CNHS Teaching & Non-
Teaching personnel.
4. Forging of school records / signatures of teacher/s
5. Gross indecency of language and conduct
6. Incorrigible behavior
7. Carrying deadly weapon with in the school premises
8. Habitual drunkenness. (A student is considered a habitual
drunkard if intoxicated 3 times or more).
9. Habitual smoking. (Caught three times or more).
10. Fighting, or assaulting a student within the school premises.
11. Smoking marijuana or others.
12. Oral defamation of teachers and other school personnel.
C. Offenses punishable by three days to two weeks suspension.
1. Climbing over the school fence.
2. Bringing "TROUBLE MAKERS"/ "OUTSIDERS" within the school
premises without the permission of the school authorities.
3. Acts of vandalism such as loitering, defacing walls and furniture
or
tearing CNHS books and newspapers.
4. Unnecessary loitering and boisterous laughter, noise of any kind
in school corridors and grounds.
5. Gross misconduct
6. Gambling
7. Failure to follow the prescribed haircut (for males only).
8. Failure to follow the prescribed uniform.
9. Wearing EARRINGS ( Males )
